Privacy and Data Use

1. Information You Send Us

When you submit the inquiry form on hoiststudios.com or email hello@hoiststudios.com, we collect the name, work email address, company/website, and project note you provide.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you send us solely to prepare your product sample cut, review your inquiry, or reply directly to your request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact details to third parties, and we do not send automated marketing texts or newsletter sequences without your explicit opt-in.

3. Anti-Spam & Security Checks

To protect our studio inbox against automated abuse, form submissions are checked for valid mail-exchange (MX) domain records and basic rate limiting at the edge via Cloudflare.

4. Contact & Deletion Requests

To request deletion or correction of any inquiry data you have sent us, email hello@hoiststudios.com and we will remove it promptly.
